Where possible, it is our policy to advise clients of their fees in advance.

Fees for transferring UK Pensions:

Our fee for facilitating the transfer of your UK pension into an Australian superannuation fund is based on the number of pension funds you (or husband and wife) wish to transfer.

Our current fees and charges are as follows.

 If the transfer value(s) exceeds $450,000 it attracts additional tax unless it is transferred in the correct manner which we are able to do.  Where this occurs our fee will be based on the complexity involved in executing the transfer and will be quoted on a case by case basis.

An invoice will be raised once your funds have arrived in Australia. You can pay our fee personally or in most circumstances, we can arrange for the fee to be paid from your superannuation fund.

We are not financial planners but have established relationships with reputable financial planners who understand the requirements that receiving funds must meet at preferential rates.

Apart from our fee and that of the financial planner, there are no other fees.  Additional fee are sometimes charged by other transfer agencies.

Advice and set up costs - up to $2,500 + GST

Fee for setting up a QROPS Self-Managed Superannuation Fund?

Creating a new SMSF $2,500 + GST
Amending Existing SMSF $2,000 + GST

 Tax Compliance & Tax Consultancy Fees:

Where possible, we will provide you with an estimate of the costs of advice prior to commencment. If it becomes evident additional resources will be required and the estimate will be exceeded, we will notify you before proceeding. The estimate we provide assumes all necessary information required from you is provided in a timely manner.There will be instances where it may not be possible to provide an estimate. In these instances our fees, excluding GST, are based on the time required by the individual(s) assigned to the engagement plus direct out of pocket expenses. Indicative rates are:

 Partners  up to $400 per hour
 Managers  up to $275 per hour
 Accountants  up to $220 per hour

Unless another method of payment has been agreed we normally deliver bills on completion of assignments, unless the amount exceeds $2,000 when we reserve the right to interim bill. Our terms are strictly payment on receipt and can be paid by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Any queries regarding your account should be made within 10 working days of receiving the invoice.
